Really plan ahead when it comes to parking. You’ll get ticketed for just trying to put your things in your vehicle.

We love where this is property is located and all the amenities. The pool was closed the 2 days we were there which was disappointing but the weather didn't really cooperate either. The staff is very accomodating and attentive.

Great place to stay with a family. The breakfast has something for everyone and a big step up from continental. Across the parking lot are 6-8 chain restaurants to eat at when you’re too tired to venture out. It is within easy driving distance from Chicago’s tourist attractions without having to get on the highway! The only thing it is missing is a hot tub.

Great location that is walkable to many of the museums. The barn door on the bathroom in our room was an issue as soon as we checked in. I tested the door and it was off balance and not sliding open easily for me, let alone my kids. I called down to the front desk and they said they would let maintenance know. We left to go to dinner and when we came back, nothing had been fixed. The next morning the door was still an issue since it hadn't been fixed so I called down the front desk again and they said they would get maintenance. We then headed out for our day. When we came back to the room in the afternoon, the door still wasn't fixed. I called to the front desk for the third time and they said maintenance had looked at the door and it was 'usable.' It was half off the top hinges at this point and couldn't be shut by anyone in the family. They finally sent someone from maintenance and he couldn't fix it and so we had to change rooms. Issues happen but it's all in how it's handled. If someone had come on night 1 to fix it, I wouldn't even be sharing. When you have to call three times, that's unacceptable and poor service.

Upscale amazing stay in trendy neighborhood in Chcago. Walking distance to coffee shops, great restaurants. The amenities were beyond what I expected/ great lap pool, hot tubs, sauna steam room and amazing gym with enough equipment to do a full strength training workout. We will stay here again!
