"We loved our stay! The stairs could have been too much for someone with mobility issues, but we made it work. The spacious view over the park was lovely and the home was quiet, clean, well appointed and in good repair. "Great hotel. The shuttle system was super easy from the airport to this hotel. A convenient store is across the street in case you need anything and the hotel itself was clean with very friendly staff. This location is perfect for transportation between the airport, but I would not recommend it if you are visiting and looking to explore Dublin daily unless you have a car rental. Ubers into Dublin were super pricey from this location and it is not in a location that is easily walkable given the distance. Overall the hotel itself was a great stay and we would go back again if we needed to catch an early flight! "

"The Drey Hotel was the worst hotel I have stayed in since using Expedia to book my travel. This was my first time traveling outside the country to London, UK, and my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the concierge informed me that the room I booked online was not the room I would be staying in. They said it was only a “category” room and that I would receive something similar. However, the room they gave me was far from what I had booked. I was later told that the room I reserved had been given to someone who arrived earlier than I did. I explained that I had traveled from the United States and that the time difference made my arrival later. They told me that I would receive the correct room the next day and that the manager would upgrade me in the morning. Unfortunately, no one ever came to follow up. When I went to the front desk to speak with the manager, he told me that he would not be changing my room and that the bunk beds I was given would be sufficient. His response was rude and arrogant. To make matters worse, there was no hot water for the remaining two days of my stay. Overall, the experience was a nightmare. I would like to request a refund due to the poor service and unacceptable conditions. This is my first time writing a review, but I feel it is important to be honest so that others do not experience the same treatment that I did."

"I had a great stay at the Point A Hotel in King’s Cross. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it had everything I needed for a short stay. The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re arriving or departing by train. It’s a great option for a quick stopover or layover in London. Comfortable, simple, and easy — I would definitely stay here again for a short visit."
