The only hiccup was not receiving the check-in code via email the day of. But that was solved in seconds with a quick phone call. The flat was wonderful. Kitchen and laundry (with toilet) in basement level, family room on ground floor, and a bedroom with full bath on each of the upper floors (4 levels total). Location is fabulous, near both Leicester Square and Covent Garden, and a short walk from Piccadilly Circus. The area is touristy (with many theaters and restaurants nearby) but we knew and wanted that. Outstanding stay! ##### Jay L K.
