"Was nice and updated and was clean and smelt very fresh"

"Rooms were clean. Breakfast options were excellent and provided good variety for our family. Staff were extremely kind. The lobby was really warm and the setup (flow) to get breakfast was really congested. However the manager always came around to ask if she could get us anything. This staff were one of the most accommodating and hospitable Thai I’ve experienced in a long time. The flow of breakfast and the temp was a minor compared to the excellent service and other nice accommodations. "

"We checked in later in the evening, staff was very nice and easy/quick check in. Elevator needs a cleaning but not bad. Hotel looks like it is being updated gradually, so the hallway was out of date but not bad. Room was nice and big, new carpet. Bathroom is a little dated but had a fresh paint job. Towels were small and thin like the ones from the pool. Bed was comfortable, and clean. Curtains had 1 broken part at the rod to open/close, could use a cleaning. 2 bulbs burnt out in the room, but didnt cause us any issues. Over all it was a nice hotel, will be very nice o ce renovation is complete. Breakfast was good too, and staff was attentive."
