"Arguing in front of customers staff at front desk,not professional room not clean for three days .. continental breakfast was awful dry cereal, and fruit doughnut…."

"I was charged a junk $1 “convenience fee” when paying for on-site parking. There is nothing convenient about having to scan a QR code and enter unnecessary details on a website to pay $10 for parking when the hotel could have simply included that in the room invoice at check-in. Total B.S. "

"It was really nice, clean, and had a lot of space. I loved how there are patios in the front and in the back of each Villa! We are definitely staying there again."

"This was a beautiful place to stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with items suitable for cooking. The property was clean and the staff was wonderful. The only comment I would like to make is there are no elevators. We were on the 3rd floor. The staff did say we could get a bottom floor room if this was an issue. We chose not to move to the bottom floor. Dragging my luggage up the stairs was it bit much. Also I would like to note there was a staff member that offered to haul my luggage up the stairs but me being stupid said no I got this. The place is wonderful and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Michelle, the booking host was wonderful to communicate. She helped me line up information so that I could have deliveries made for our dates of stay, and ensured we had a ground level villa closer to the pool as I was travelling alone with my little ones. Kenney, at the pool was so good to both of my children whom jumped in on the morning aquasize. Staff was friendly, housekeeping was great, and the list of daily activities at the pool reminded me why I’d prefer to stay here over an all-inclusive Mexican resort any day. There was so much to do, and so many prizes for the kids as well. Great menu options at the pool was a selling point. All requests handled via text access given upon checkin. I certainly plan to be back. Thanks SDO! "

"Food was subpar. Only place we enjoyed the food was Toro. Poolside service was incredibly slow. There were multiple times where they forgot our order so we just ended up ordering from the bar, but I don’t know if we were charged double. Room was great. Staff was friendly. Would possibly rebook again. "
