"I heard about the excellent staff before I booked and wow was I ever surprised. The staff are some of the best I’ve ever seen. The lady who served us in the concierge lounge was one of a kind. Some thing minor issues like outdated room. And our shower wasn’t the cleanest. La Ronde was an excellent experience (high price). Overall will be staying again. Thank you for everything "

"We only stayed for one night, but it was a great stay. The staff was all very friendly. The beds were comfortable. We were on the main floor, so easy access to an outdoor space for our dog. The kids loved the pool and waterslide. It was a quick drive to West Edmonton mall. We will definitely stay here again. "
