"The hotel and staff were very very good. The breakfast was definitely less than what we expected and minimal tea options, and coffee was always empty. Pół area was clean and relaxing- we needed a late check out due to a car issue and staff was very accommodating. Beds were comfortable - our room was rather humid but the a/c worked great. "Breakfast was running out of food between 08:40 -09:00, it was suppose to be open until 10:00. Tub had rust and toilet seat has a dark stain. Stains on the coach. Window had a big crack. You can hear noise traffic. Room was very spacious though. Room 416."

"The place was CLEAN! Shout out to housekeeping. I didn’t even have to do my typical cleaning ritual like normal, the entire facility was CLEAN. The room was beautiful. Well appointed. Great location with a bunch of ridiculously nice people. Great options for food and shops. Easy parking. PERFECT! My only slight problem was the pool was sad. It was CLEAN just motel like. Doesn’t match the property. Otherwise, 10 out of 10! "

"So the Staff was very friendly! Room was clean but no water pressure and bathroom shower area was in need of some repairs. The wash machine worked but no dryer, we had to pay to go to a laundromat, we also could not use the printer as it was not working either. So we had to pay to go to staples and use their computer and printer. So i ranked hood because room was clean staff was friendly, otherwise it would of been ok due to the lack of working amenities "
