The cottage is really cute and comfortable except for the lumpy couch and relatively stiff mattress. It has everything you might need and is CLEAN (no shoes policy). "We really enjoyed our stay at the Ashley Hotel. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again for sure. Just a couple petty housekeeping notes. When cleaning, touch every surface, every time. Maybe take a dust mop up the walls every once in a while. Maintenance could take a look at those outside windows on the ground floor. But that's just me being picky and I would expect that from my staff."
