It's the perfect location for dog walking...not quite in the crowded heart of town but close and only .5 miles from the ponds and 10 minutes from easy access to the beach and Haystack Rock. The TV didn't work (or, if it did, it was so complicated that I couldn't figure it out and there were no instructions). Since I didn't go to watch TV, it was fine without it. It was very clean and I hope you found it in good condition after we left. We enjoyed our stay very much and would like to stay there again. Two suggestions for safety. The stair banister at the bottom is loose. Also, there are no grab bars in the shower. We have previously used removable suction ones available at Home Depot...Amazon.
