Willow Bend 131- Golf Course Condo in Barefoot! Perfect Location!

You will love the layout of this 2BR/2BA condo located on the third floor in building 1 in Willow Bend! It is a spacious condo in a comfortable community with a peaceful sense to it! The patio is right off the living room so it is the best place to hang out and you can even watch TV!

Willow Bend #131 is perfect for families, golfers and weekend getaways! The kitchen is fully stocked and is perfect for cooking your favorite meals. The dining area has plenty of space for everyone. The living area is spacious and there is a large Flat Screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy the patio for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.

The Primary Suite has a King Swing bed which is perfect for golf groups or family stays and has a large full bathroom for privacy. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and there is a hallway bathroom too. Sofa sleeper in the living room. There is also a washer/dryer for your use. All of the bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs!

There is a great pool area in Willow Bend which also has a grill area if you like to cook out. You can also have access to the North Tower Pool with a special pass that you can request. It is located in Barefoot with free parking available or take a quick drive to the beach if that is your preference.

Check out Barefoot Landing which is right over the bridge and enjoy all of the restaurants, shops and attractions. Enjoy a show at the Alabama Theater or The House of Blues. Have a beer at the Crooked Hammock or grab a taco at Taco Mundo. Watch the boats go by while having dinner at Greg Norman's Australian Grill or The Flying Fish Restaurants. You will not want to leave! If you like to golf, there are 4 Championship Golf Courses in Barefoot so ask us about tee times. There is a free shuttle that runs in the summer that will bring you to the beach too.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented 3 months at this clean, stylish condo. A nice Golfers view. Management and owner were always available for any issues that arose. Condo is set back in a quiet walkable neighborhood.
