I travel in business quite often. We have stayed here several times over the years visiting family and friends. It has progressively gotten worse in all areas. Especially in cleanliness. This was brought to the staff attention. Someone actually crapped in the pool the weekend we were there. They had to close it down. Also, there was no monitoring of the type of crowd that hung out in the parking lot at night. It didn't feel safe. This place is off our list of where we'll stay in Little Rock. It's really a shame. The location is great (as said in other reviews), the breakfast was fine. Most of the staff were nice. I don't like writing bad a review, but it does not reflect the caliber of Wyndham Hotels. I hope the staff takes note of these things and improves. Consider staying somewhere else.

I am so sorry to hear you did not enjoy your recent stay at our hotel.
Unfortunately, accidents do sometimes happen and when they do, we are very proactive in taking care of the situation, such as the one you mentioned. Our pool was closed and cleaned immediately and was not reopened until we were satisfied with the cleanliness and the levels of chemicals in the water were where they needed to be. Unfortunately, we actually added too much chlorine in an effort to ensure the pool was clean and had to leave it closed for an additional day due to the chlorine levels being too high.
Regarding people in our parking lot, we do have security on duty each evening from 7pm-7am. We actually employee off duty North Little Rock Police and Pulaski Count Sheriffs Deputies, which are much more expensive than normal security officers becasue we take the security of our hotel and guests so seriously. Should you ever see anyone who looks like they do not belong, please call our front desk so security can be sent to check on the situation.
We hope you will give us another try the next time your travels bring you our way.
