"Roselyn is an interesting neighborhood because it is right outside of Notre Dame being from Indianapolis and not familiar with the South Bend area generally most of the hotels around that place I would never stay at and give #1 star too. We were in a hotel that was close by for the better part of my weekend And it’s my fault. I will never again go for the deal versus what I know I’ve never been in a Baymont that disappointed me and with all the upgrades, this one did not either. We designated this one as our designated South Bend trip hotel going forward."

"We had to be close by for business and stayed here because of the high ratings. We were pleasantly surprised. This is a beautiful and clean property. We ate at Timbers once and the food was very good. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot, water pressure good. Elevators were fast."

"The motel is not much different from others in this price range but the staff and the service they give is exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help in most any way possible. They made this a wonderful experience."
