The staff was very good. They were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Although the property was clean, the room we stayed in was old and could use an update. Carpet was worn and stained. Bathroom tiles chipped and mold stained. I didn't ask for a handicap friendly shower, the tub/shower could use another grab bar. Some towels had stains. Amenities were provided but bath soap was missing. The breakfast was good, nice pool area, close to convenience stores, All in all, we did enjoy our stay.

I love this property and this may be my go to hotel for days. My only thing was there was a chicken nugget and a bald up something that looked like pantyhose still in my room but other than that, the jet tub was awesome. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was really really good. The pool area was clean and although I found the chicken nugget in my room, the floors, the tables, and everything was clean.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the cook staff were so accommodating and on top of it! Gym door was messed up and couldn’t use your key card to enter. But staff was friendly and check in was pretty simple.

The staff was very welcoming when I walked in. There was a lot going on with some sports activity. The room was very nice and comfortable. I really liked the sitting area. The guest above us was very active until around 12:00am and then again around 5:30am. Overall we were very pleased with the stay.

While the staff and the amenities were great, there definitely needs to be more insulation between floors. My wife and I stayed in a room on the 2nd floor, and we could hear the people heavy-footed on the 3rd floor above us. They were up until 2:00 AM on Saturday night/Sunday morning walking around, and 1:30 AM the prior evening. Their heavy footedness was so loud that we couldn't sleep. My wife asked me to call the front desk, and I decided not to at 2:00 AM in the morning, but I was very close to pounding on the ceiling to let them know how loud they were. We essentially got hardly any sleep over the two days because we could hear them walking around into the early morning hours. That kind of ruined this stay for us. Also, I know it's a ND football weekend and hotels jack up their rates (supply/demand), but $970 for two nights is over the top for what we got.
