Check in and out was easy. Pool and hot tub not working when we arrived although that wasn’t not mentioned at booking. Breakfast was good, typical waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage links and biscuit and gravy, as well as a few bagel and bread options for toast. Overall good experience, was just my husband and I.

Hot tub and pool were not posted as being closed on Expedia. That was an actually reason to stay there. My room cleanliness was fine, no complaints. Property is a little beat up. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Fix the Coke machine, thats a must!

We booked a jacuzzi room for an extended Valentine’s weekend. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and as pictured. The staff was nice & helpful. Our only complaint is that we were wanting to enjoy the pool. It was shut down for a complete renovation. We wouldnt hesitate to wtay again.

4/10 Poor

First off the guy that checked me in was really nice. He deserves a raise! Now for the problem. We were in a room with a jacuzzi. The cold water would not come on because the screw was stripped out. Some man came in there 4 times trying to fix it instead of just giving us another room. Finally, he realized he couldn't fix it so he had no choice but to change rooms. We were in 102. He moved us to 104. The new room was 100 percent nicer than the other room. The jacuzzi was very nice and a lot newer. The breakfast was hilarious. They had about 5 cold biscuits that you microwave and a container of gravy, and a waffle maker. Don't know if it even worked. We just left and went somewhere for breakfast. This place has a lot of potential but it seems that the people that run it don't want to spend any money that they don't have too. We actually were considering coming back, but the man that took forever trying to rig up the broke down jacuzzi took care of that. We should have been put in the nicer room in the first place. We will be traveling quite a bit in that area and will need a room at least 4 times in the next month. We will be going somewhere else. It will always cost more in the long run. We will be spending the 500 dollars for rooms next month at the holiday inn across the street.

Room was not clean, smoke detector no battery, shower handle was not functioning properly, splatter on the walls, fridge was not cold even after turning it up. Sheets and towls clean and smell was good but comforter had obvious stains. Pool and hot tub was closed nothing posted on website while booking. Staff was excellent!

The room was a little bit dated and could have used some repairs, but it was immaculately clean and I can't ask for anything more than that. The room and hotel itself were very quiet. Both of the nights I stayed there as well. Check in and check out. We're fast, easy and painless.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. Also the pool and hot tub are both out of order at the time which was disappointing bc it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. They do have a jacuzzi room, which was what we booked thankfully and that was nice and worked properly.

The pool was out of order, the vending machines were out of order except for one, the ice machine was so gross I will leave a pic if I can. Worst of all was there 4 months ago and everything was the same. Everything! I think the food in the out of order machine was the same. There seemed to be 1 guy running around trying to everything. The breakfast was runny gravy, watery eggs, very unsanitary bread and beagles and sausage links that looked steamed for a couple hours at 6am. The room was clean and the staff was friendly but the facility is horrible and nasty. Clean linen.
