We received an email stating that a portion of our deposit would be kept due to “extra cleaning” for marks on the wall - which were already there when we arrived and are completely normal for a well-lived space and for a torn throw that was already in poor condition upon check-in. Lots of beds crammed in and not enough lounge seating to accommodate just the 4 adults we were in the party. It was clean and serviceable but not as described in the listing"
