"The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. "Nice location in beautiful St Ives. Close to station, Porthminster Beach and a bustling harbour with lovely shops and restaurants. Very nice staff. Large, Comfortable room overlooking sea. Due to hotel only having a couple of parking spaces, the nearest car park was down a steep hill with lots of steps which would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, an enjoyable stay. "

"Stunning location overloòking Fistral Beach. Large, well equipped room with super comfy large bed. We had drinks and food on both evenings of our stay in the Bay bar which we really enjoyed. Hotel has a lovely indoor pool which we made use of. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful."
