About this property

Entire House; 20 min to Beaches, Downtown Charleston, 6 min to Airport, Outlets

  • Named and dedicated to my Great-grandmother, Katie. This house was remolded to an open floor plan, with central heating & air conditioning, living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, screened in backporch, Washer/Dryer, self check in with keypad lock. Fast Wi-Fi. Smart TVs, radio and CD player with Bluetooth capabilities. A portable ramp will be provided upon request. Your pets are welcome at an additional fee of $100 up to 2 pets. Included on the fenced in lot, is a small house that is currently being used for storage, your pet will have access to the entire lot. We are awaiting approval from the City of North Charleston in order to rebuild it. CVS next door. Dog park just behind CVS, Airport 12 min. Amtrak 3 min, Tanger outlet/Walmart/Sam's Club 8 min. downtown Charleston 17 min. Beaches 20-30 min. Grocery shopping, Restaurants, Olde North Charleston 3 min. Large fenced in yard. Parking on premises.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds unmade, place all used towels in hamper in 1st bathroom, do not leave appliances running unattended.
Place trash in gray bins. Weekend check out, roll gray bins outside gate and place on concrete pad to the left of mailbox for early Monday morning garbage pick-up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No eating in Bedrooms/Living room. This will help prevent bugs/insects. Pets not allowed on furniture especially beds. Must bring crate for pets
No wearing outside shoes in the house. There is a bench near front door for your shoes. No sleeping on couch.
Guests staying more than 30 days are required to pay for professional cleaning and inspection once per month.
