Kappi’s Luxury Coastal Retreat

  • This beautiful 2200sqft house is blocks away from breweries, restaurants/bars, wine shops, and shopping of downtown Park Circle. It is a 8 minute walk to Firefly Distillery (home of Sweet Tea Vodka) and Holy City Brewery.

    The home is centrally located and is 8 miles to historic downtown Charleston, 16 miles to the beaches of Sullivan’s Island, and 5 miles from Credit One Stadium on Daniel Island!

    You’ll love the outdoor space, which is complete with two seating areas, a pergola, a swing set and a natural gas grill. All bedrooms have a 55” smart TVs with cable.
