The location was convenient to the convention center and had easy access to the highway to get downtown. The street the house is located on is very noisy with traffic, large trucks, and airplane noise from the proximity to the airport. Communication with the host started out great, we had an air conditioning issue and the host handled it swiftly and communicated well & answered a few other questions fairly quickly. The property is just as described in the listing and we loved the vibes. On day 3 1/2 into the stay I received a charge of 500\. We were paid in full prior to arrival. I asked what the charge was for and was responded to quickly once again. It was for incidentals. I went back through communications and couldn’t find where I could expect this charge. I quickly messaged back and advised that this left my account with a negative balance and still had 2 days left of the stay. I told them I would be more than happy to pay for anything that would be broken or any other incidentals should that apply and requested the charge be reversed and that’s when communication halted until I received the check out reminder. We really enjoyed the property but after that we were nervous to exist in the house in fear of further charges. I struggled to leave a less than 5 star review because it really is a nice property and would recommend it, but want to make people aware they may receive further unexpected charges should they book. ##### Chelsie S.
