"It’s a nice area with stuff to do and eat around, the bathroom door was a pain because of how huge it is and you have to stand off to the side to even open the door, it also doesn’t open all the way and hits the shower. There was black mildew on the bathroom door frame as well. They also had a power outage around 2-3 am shutting off my sleep machine. I enjoyed my stay but don’t see myself staying here again next time."

"Anisha B that was working at the front desk on 10/17 was so incredibly helpful. She really went the extra mile to help. It is a dated property, and I found the furniture in my room to be in very rough shape, the wood on the nightstand was very chipped. It is not a quiet or restful hotel, loud music in the open lobby. If you are on the side of the hotel facing the freeway it is very loud. it is not up to the usual Marriott Standards I am use to. The staff was very helpful and kind which made up for a lot of the condition of the property."

"My first time ever in Colorado and my stay was wonderful service from the moment I arrived at the doors. The door men (valet) were helpful and the front desk staff provided the best customer service. I added notes about celebrating my sister's birthday in my reservation and the staff made it memorable from the time we arrived and even provided a sweet treat for her. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were just right. Everything was great.... the cleaning staff checked our room daily and provided fresh towels and made our bed. Afternoon Tea was a delight and my service at The ship Tavern was impeccable. I travel a lot and great service is hard to come by these days but Bravo to this staff for making my first impression of Denver a great one."
