The fully fenced backyard will give you peace of mind whilst enjoying a drink and nibbles while the kids play down on the lawn. This contemporary single-story home really does tick all the boxes for families looking to escape to the Fleurieu. Featuring 3 / 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, reverse ducted air conditioning throughout, an open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining as well as a second living area perfect for the children to hang out, all up this property can accommodate up to 8 guests. The spacious open plan is well-appointed and opens out to views of the golf course. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, a large walk-in pantry, and a coffee machine.
