Charming, centuries old country pub with not a straight beam in the place. Our room was large, characterful, spotless and comfortable. Decent pub grub delivered with especially warm and friendly service.

Very friendly staff , gorgeous room with huge comfy bed! Mineral water ,luxury soap etc and hot chocolate for the kids!! Lovely breakfast and wonderful service ! The best thing was our little dog was welcome too in the hotel and the pub. Great location as it makes a nice stop when visiting center parcs especially if your bringing your doggy friend ! Lovely pub with rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was cosy and quiet. We had breakfast and dinner, both of which were excellent. Parking was no problem and the pub provided a good base for exploring Cambridge and the Fens.

What stood out immediately was the cheerful and helpful staff. Well done to all - from the guy who checked us in to the one who made breakfast for us. Very comfortable room with good facilities We only stayed for one Sunday night so managed to get a parking space but I doubt that would happen again during the week or in high season. Double yellow lines everywhere so would need to go to a parking lot. Not sure how much that was.

Beautiful village setting, friendly and helpful.

We had a 'superior' room/apartment, and it really was superior. An entrance hall, bedroom plus ensuite bathroom, AND a large sitting room/kitchen. Fantastic. And not noisy despite overlooking Saturday Market Place and being at one end of the High Street. Parking is available, in Saturday Market Place, and not cheap, but go a little further afield and find a long term parking car park and cost is reduced. The room was huge and bed very comfortable, and the pub itself had great food. Really nice breakfast too. You can go for nice walks from the door too.

Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. Lovely hotel, in a great location for sight seeing around the North Norfolk coast. Excrement breakfast selection, and amazing did choice at the restaurant. Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Attentive staff, with a homely welcoming feeling

I stay in a lot of hotels due to business and i picked this one due to location and reviews what a result Fantastic greeting by 2 kadies when i arrived Great room Superb high quality food in the restaurant obviously cooked by a good chef Great service from the waitress and the gentleman behind the bar I would recomend this hotel for business or pleasure to anyone it is worth travelling that extra mile or two to get there.

Not our first stay here. As usual everything brilliant. Can't wait to go back.

A good place to stay near the town and good main road

Beautiful location and bedrooms. However communal area ie. Accommodation stairs and hallway needs attention. Parking can be an issue as anyone can park in pub carpark for free, just to go to the beach for the day.

Really lovely pub with rooms and a restaurant. The staff and locals very friendly, restaurant food very good, and room was comfy with everything we needed. Set in a village with great views if you walk up the road to the cliff top.

Very handy accommodation in a lovely village

Everything about this Green King Inn was perfect. Its location on the river had loverly views, the food well priced, staff where excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay there again.
