"The Copley House in the Back Bay Area was close to public transportation, coffee shops and restaurants; its was super easy to walk and navigate the city from this area, the streets and neighborhoods were charming and full of history. Boston is an awesome city and I highly recommend the Copley House, it was exceptional clean and had little kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, cook top stove and small fridge, as well as a keurig with enough coffee pods for a two day stay which was a really nice touch."

"The staff, everybody, from the cleaning service to the front desk to the staff in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel is very well located. As with older hotels, the restroom is somewhat small when compared to more modern hotels however, overall I recommend staying at the Fairmont Copley in Boston."

"I liked its location, spacious room with good size table, tea and water station at the lobby. The guest room could use a floor lamp next to the window, it was a kind of depressing dark."

"Very nice place to stay. Very clean. Had a broken hair dryer and was able to send another up to my room which was a lifesaver. They looked to have a nice breakfast spread. The only thing that I wish was that breakfast started before 0700 as two of my mornings there, I had to leave before breakfast was served. But overall, comfy bed, and would stay again if going to Boston!"
