"The outside of hotel was very nice. The rooms definitely need a refresh. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Love that the room had a sitting area and a bedroom however we were on the 7th floor and the noise from a group of 10 year-old boys playing video games in the lobby/restaurant was so loud we could here them with the TV on and had to finish our show in bedroom with the door closed. The breakfast was good and had a good selection. Hate that I had to pay for overnight parking. Better to add it to price of hotel and say parking is "free""

"Room was advertised as a lake view, but was mostly buildings and had to really look for the lake lol. the comfort and cleanliness of the room itself was great though. beautiful property, parking garage was decent. the only issue we ran into was there being a $100 deposit required at check in that wasn’t advertised anywhere online when i specifically looked for extra fees, which definitely threw a wrench in our plans. breakfast was nice, ours was included with our room purchase, so we got vouchers for the buffet or an entree. if we had gotten down before 10:15 I’m sure it would have been a better experience. overall a great stay, would recommend, but not for broke people such as myself lmao"
