My brother and I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. It was near to our family that live in Franklin, so that is why we chose it and we weren't disappointed. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom facilities were great. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and it was great that it changed daily. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and offer everything you need to enjoy your stay. Even the products in the bathroom are wonderful - shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all full sized products. Breakfast included, amazing value for money.

The Renaissance is a beautiful hotel in the centre of Patriot Place with all its shops, bars & restaurants. The pool & gym are great facilities and laundry can be done at the hotel next door which is a bonus. The staff is outstanding - super friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just a few issues, first one was there was no chair to relax in my room. Twice I went to.my room down a very long corridor only to discover the key card didn't work bit of a pain.....I had to head back to reception.....twice!
On the positive side the breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful.
