I loved the fresh crisp sheets and the mono kitchen. It was great coming back to the air con after a day out in the heat! I loved that it was so close to the train and bus station too.

Great location and a clean tidy room with kitchen, balcony. Staff were helpful, spoke great English and were friendly. Very convenient location only a short walk to town and a grocery store two mins away. Some of the emails I received were written just in French others in French and English. My main grumble was about the AC- this was set at 24c, and not able to adjust. I spoke to reception who said it’s locked at this temperature and couldn’t be changed. My room was hot and not easy to sleep in. I also had some scam messages via WhatsApp- I messaged the hotel to check if this was them- they responded very quickly and confirmed it was a scam- I was grateful for their quick response and reassurance. Overall good value and nice staff.

One minute walk to train station and bus station. And a small supermarket next door. They had a free water cooler so you could fill up water bottles. Had a little kitchette and balcony with chair and tables. By far the best place we stayed during our 2 week holiday in France. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to explore Nimes and surrounding areas

Very handy location for train station and the walk up to the arena, Roman museum etc. Air con worked well. Helpful on front desk. Map pin is not in quiet the right place and the entrance to the hotel is not easy to spot. Doorway is on raised walkway 3 doors to the left of a very hand City Carrefore minimart. Room was quiet. Good price. Both the central bus station and the railway station are on the doorstep. Bus to Arles 2 euro!

This was a one night stay to catch train next morning. This is the hardest bed you will ever sleep on, or not sleep on. Check out was 11am and we were thrown out by the cleaner at 10.45am. Location is great for local sites, has a food market right down stairs. Seems to be lots of long term residents who weren’t that quiet. Means to an end really

Despite the advertised kitchenette one could certainly not prepare much in the way of food; and no table in the room to eat at. Would be highly unsuitable for parents with a child.

The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. But we were unpleasantly surprised by too many restrictions and lack of actual service. No housekeeping for the first five days unless you pay very high fees - we had to go searching and begging for new toilet paper! Come on! So ridiculous and demeaning. We had to empty all of our own garbage ourselves and take it downstairs. They advertised air conditioning but it’s locked at 24C, which was too hot for sleeping. The breakfast was very good, but we were there for four breakfasts and never did figure out how to work the egg cooker. Some staff were rude, others were very helpful. The location was very handy, right across the street from the train station. But it was noisy, not from trains but from sirens, buses, and other traffic all night. There were lots of panhandlers right outside of the hotel. And watch for Sunday hours - most restaurants and the grocery store close early. We can’t recommend this hotel unless you know that you don’t get much actual hotel service for your money.

Was in town for work - was unable to make the strict 9pm check in (before the front desk leave) i called and messaged the property multiple times for help on how to go about this - no answer. Was charged the full amount even though my colleagues and i didn’t set foot in the hotel. Had to book something else. Tried to get a partial refund - they coldly said no. Do not recommend. I have stayed at plenty of places where the staff hours a limited - but they at least answer the phone and help you navigate.

Very handy to station and little supermarket next door. Front desk helpful when asked but doesn’t offer much information about Nimes . They do have a brochure stand along the hallway which is a bit worn looking.there is a kettle but only one days supply of tea/ coffee for whatever length of stay.
