Presque conforme à ma demande

Cet établissement est très bien tenu et le personnel efficace. Toutefois, hotels.com devrait être plus précis sur la nature de l'hébergement lors de la réservation: il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel, et si l'hôte n'avait pas eu la présence d'esprit de m'avertir que les draps étaient en supplément, je me serais retrouvée au milieu de la nuit avec une chambre sans draps ni linge de toilette. Finalement, tout s'est bien passé, mais merci d'être plus explicite à l'avenir dans vos offres.

Résidence qui vit sur ses acquis, à peine propre, entretien de la résidence négligé, aucun transat non abîmé. Casier de la piscine non nettoyé pendant tt mon séjour, pas d accès à la salle de sport,le snack ne doit plus être utilisé depuis longtemps vu l état.le seul point positif est le calme tant que tout le monde respecte. Trois jeunes ont débarqué le dernier jour,bu autour de la piscine, joué au ballon ( tt ce qui est interdit), mis de la musique le soir.personne ne surveille !!! Heureusement que j'ai eu un prix pas cher.

séjour presque parfait, j'ai pris une chambre via le site avec 3 lits pour 4 pers , a mon arrivée, pas de 3eme lit, obligation de prendre une chambre plus chere pour 6 personne, soit 55 euro supplémentaire, pour ma part, je n'y retournerai pas, trop chère pour le budget professionnel et pas de wifi gratuit dans les chambres,ni de réseau téléphone, la cambrousse , sinon pas de climatisation , mais le chauffage marche tres bien, pas de pression sous la douche, ais c'est clean et pensez a emmené vos draps sinon c'est 10€ par tête

Llame a hoteles.com previo a mi estancia para consultar hora de entrada, dijeron hasta 19.00 y si incluía toallas y sábanas(me indicaron toallas no y sábanas si). Llegamos al hotel a las 18.20 y la recepcion ya cerrada y la chica estaba en la puerta para irse, nos dio llaves y se marcho sin más. Al entrar vimos que no había ni toallas ni sábanas y la cerradura de la puerta no cerraba. Llamamos a dos teléfonos que indicaban en cartel de recepción y no contestaban. Llamamos dos Veces a hoteles.com y no me escuchaban, me decian que llamaran a un teléfono de pago y me colgaban. Tuvimos que dormir sin sábanas en los colchones usados de un hotel que además estaba bastante deteriorado y no había demasiada limpieza en general y encima sin poder cerrar con llave. A la mañana siguiente, después de una pesima noche, indicamos a la chica que debería habernos ofrecido las sábanas antes de marcharse, habríamos pagado gustosos en suplemento de haber sabido que no teníamos. Sentimos gran impotencia al no ser atendidos por nadie. Site calme qui aurait besoin de rafraichissement

Des photos plus avantageuses que la réalité. Habitation spacieuse qui a cependant besoin d'être rénové (peinture, agencement, etc). Personnel aimable et accomodant.
