Reception refused me to check-in although I have pre-paid incl breakfast. Rude, helpless guy at reception, first let me wait 10 mins as he was CHATTING to another guest without any eye contact or saying anything to me. Then he wanted a EUR 300 security deposit to my card, it did not work after searching 2 mins for the card machine. I gave him 300 in cash, he said "not acceptable". Then he tried another 5 mins to refund it via the non working card. My card worked before and after every time. I had to look for another hotel. My prepayment was not refunded as promised. I contacted Expedia, there is still no refund.

L’ensemble est très moyen. La literie est par contre très bonne. Nous avions une chambre supérieure le lavabos ne s’écoulait pas correctement, linge de toilette: vieillot et le strict minimum. Le petit déjeuner très moyen et commun. Ne vaut pas les 18 ou 19€ payes. Il y a certainement beaucoup mieux pour le même prix!

Le bruit est l'inconvénient majeur de cet hôtel. Si vous souhaitez vous reposer. N'y allez surtout pas! Le bruit est permanent ! Coursives, voitures et klaxon en raison de la circulation à proximité, et l'insonorisation de la chambre. On a le sentiment que des meubles sont constamment déplacés! Des portes qui claquent. Des bouchons d'oreilles sont mis à dispostion dans la chambre et comprend vite pourquoi ! Le petit déjeuner est inintéressant et très décevant. Enfin, dès mon arrivée, pas d'accès à l'eau dans la salle de bain, incroyable mais vrai! Seul point positif étant la propreté de la chambre et le lit confortable.
