17 Hearts: A Home Away From Home.

  • Located in Niles, this duplex is centrally located for whatever brings you to the area. With 3 delightful bedrooms, a cozy living space, and all the essential amenities, guests will feel right at home. The bathroom and kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The whole group will enjoy easy access to the Eastwood Mall, Avalon Estates Golf Course and Country Club, and even the Covelli Center. This 3 bedroom is ideal if you need a place to stay short term, or if you need an extended stay. Traveling nurses and out of town construction workers are welcome! Close to the highway, you can be in Youngstown in 20 minutes, and Cleveland in 40.

    *House is rented until 8/17/25. Please inquire if you'd like to book for future dates.
