When I got to my room on the 6th floor, my key didn't work, so I had to carry my luggage back down to the desk to had new key cards made. When i got into the room, I discovered that one of the two lights on the bedroom wall was not working; I reported it the next morning and it was repaired while I was out that day. To be candid, I expect better from the Hilton brand. The breakfasts in the morning, however, were quite tasty and more than filling!"
