"Nice clean bedsit-type flat with everything we needed for a two night stay. Not too far from the Brudenell, which was the reason for our trip. Bed was comfy, shower cubicle probably wouldn’t be big enough to contain the larger guest but was fine for us. Communication with Zack was excellent. Not sure what the previous guests were like but there were a LOT of air fresheners around the flat! "The hotel is very clean and all the staff are helpful and amazing. They are very prompt in responding to requests. On check out, I needed somewhere to keep my luggage as I did a little wander around the town whilst I waited for a lift and they happily kept my luggage in safe storage, The breakfast was excellent and the dining area was good; not crowded. I will give special commendation to Dony and Alicia at reception! ☺️"
