"I stay in Niagara falls at least twice a year and I always stay at this hotel. Overall it is the best place to stay! Friendly staff, always super clean, perfect area for amenities, and very affordable all year round! Definitely will be staying here again in the future! "

"Great location, room was very clean (6th floor with a jacuzzi tub). Parking is nice, right behind the building. Hotel is quiet, and Coco’s restaurant is fantastic. The only thing (just bad timing for us I guess) is that there was only one elevator working. They were getting a new elevator & it hadn’t arrived yet. I hope once they get the new elevator, they do the same with the existing elevator….pretty rickety. But overall we always love this place. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff! We had a very cold room and told the front desk staff. He said he would have maintenance check on this issue. We listened to music and had drinks in the bar. When we returned to our room, maintenance had replaced the temperature control in our room and it was warmer! We were very impressed!"
