"This was a good value for the price. Very clean. The bed was a little too soft for our preference, but I know that everyone has different styles. The location was convenient for getting around Buffalo but still quiet and felt safe. I would recommend it to others."

"The staff were not very helpful. The front desk person didn't let us know that we had to put a parking pass in our car when he gave us our keys. We found out about the parking pass after we got to our room. So we had to go out to our car again! He was also not helpful when we told him the wifi was not working. The waffle maker was not functioning properly. The insides of the waffles were not cooked through."

"Clean room however the refrigerator made loud noises all night which didn’t help trying to get some sleep "

"There was a woman that was asked to leave on a Friday and she was still there on Tuesday, sleeping in the lobby. Place was clean but they could not get a handle of having a homeless woman sleeping in the lobby. When I asked the front desk they saw no issue. "

"There was never anyone at the front desk. Disappointed that there was no hot tub. The first laundry had only one set of machines. And the laundry room was dirty."

"I was assigned a handcap room and the shower head would not lock in the high position so had to use the wand to shower. Hard after a ling day of travel. The outlet for the coffee maker and the phone did not work. The remote control menu button did not work. The gym was nice and onsite amenities were also very good. The front desk and room cleaning staff was very polite and courteous."

"Room assigned at check-in had not been cleaned and bed was unmade. Desk staff apologized for inconvenience and immediately assigned substitute room after first inspecting it."
