My husband and I both get up around 4 am. There is a coffee pot in the room. However we usually go down to the casino to pay while we drink our coffee. There us no place to go and get coffee in the casino and only one server on the floor. When we complained we heard the current excuse everywhere of " we can't get enough help." When I am giving a place that much money I expect a bar to be open with coffee available!

Hotel itself is very nice. Well appointed, with comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Hallways smell a bit smoky though, even on non smoking floors. Rooms aren’t cleaned daily, which is fine, but we could have used more towels and the garbage removed. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants looked good, but we weren’t able to get reservations, unfortunately, as it was a busy weekend. Not many other options in the area for dinners. Stephanie Lattore, who was working at the front desk, is an outstanding employee- kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay there again.

1st staff at the front desk was terrible. My son and i were greeted with absolute rudeness. We left and came back a little later. There was different staff members working. They were polar opposites, nice, polite, welcoming and kind. The first 2 woman were none of those things. They were rude, condescending, and offered no assistance.

For what they charge the fact that they don’t clean the room daily only every 3 days is bs And if you ask for them to give you towels they do it but only if you plead with them and they sound nice and aggravated to have to work Really bad customer service

Would definitely recommend and stay at Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino again. There is a lot of food options and things to do within the resort, which was perfect for rainy days. My only critique is that the rooms would be more accommodating if they included microwaves.

Easy parking and access. Clean rooms and nice casino area with several food choices. Room furniture/decor outdated. Highlight was room service, excellent, fast, and friendly. We would stay again.

The general area around this property is terrible. Many boarded up houses and shady looking bars and convenience stores everywhere. They said we could walk to the falls from here but it definitely would not be safe to do so. The hotel itself smells like cigarettes in all common areas. We checked in on Monday and checked out on Friday and never once received any housekeeping services despite calling for them. Also, we were overcharged for a bogus room service fee at the end of our stay. It took calling and emailing about five times to get the charge reversed. they would never answer the front desk phones. We booked two rooms and had to move one of the rooms because the neighbor stayed up all night with screaming kids and screaming parents. The hotel did nothing about that at first. They reluctantly let us move to a different floor after several requests. The food prices are outrageous here also. The Buffet is $31 each even for an 11 year old! We did have a good club sandwich from room service on the last night. Overall would not stay here again or recommend this property.

the area around seneca is a ghost town. the only friendly people at the resort was the lady that checked us in & the waitress we had at the buffet, everyone else is extremely rude and lacks people skills. the security is on a power trip, they pick and choose who they have to “escort” and who gets a pass to walk through the casino with minors. having food options on the other side of the casino from the hotel is a nuisance esp since they dont allow minors to walk through even if they are with their parents. if security chooses to escort families they should LEAD not follow since people typically dont know what direction they should be going. we veered off in the direction of the buffet on the casino side & instead of the security escort nicely telling us we should continue straight he took that opportunity to yell at us like we children. everything in seneca and around town close extremely early. the staff need additional training in hospitality because they all look and act like they hate their jobs and their life. we arrived at the hotel after check in time & two of our rooms were not ready. nobody has a sense of urgency. the hostess staff at the buffet are also clueless, they look like they dont know what is going on around them and everyone has this blank stare. DO NOT BOOK HERE if you have other options! our group could not wait to check out. if i could give ZERO stars, i would!

After paying over $1000 to stay here I was awoken by security, banging on everyone’s door at 9 AM requesting to come in “ absolutely not”! If I didn’t have the lock on my door he would’ve came in, casino games didn’t work, I am done will never be returning and will warn everyone about this

The staff was really rude except for the lady that checked us in she was great. I think it’s so dumb that we need security escorts to walk through the casino to get to the restaurants like I’m gonna let my kid hop on a machine and take shots! The 1st time they escorted us we made a turn toward the buffet sign and we got YELLED at like we were supposed to know there’s another entrance for people with kids maybe instead of following BEHIND us you LEAD us! Or reconfigure it so there’s a way to get to the restaurants without walking through the casino because it was such a hassle waiting for someone to escort us. Also our 1st night mind you we’re all jet lagged on California time the housekeepers banged on my door at 11am yelling “you’re supposed to be out of here!” I told her no we are here for another night and shut the door, I hated this place. Ps I really wanted to cuss in this review to emphasize the hate I had for this place. Don’t stay here.

This is smocking resort/casino. Expedia should clearly state so. The tobacco smog fills lobby, hallways and even if you stay in "non-smoking room", you still can smell the it. The check in counter personnel was anything but friendly. We clearly were just another number for them. We tried buffet breakfast and it was on level of a chippest motel you find anywhere in the country. Waitresses were friendly though. So, unless you are coming to Niagara Falls to gamble at a casino, save some money and stay somewhere else.

Need different options for food. Miss the Tim Hortons but love the new cafe! Donuts are huge an coffee is delicious. Checkout was ok but the older lady checking me out was snotty an rude. I told her my husband lost his wedding band in the room and her attitude was like she could care less!

The staff checking us in were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff are very friendly. The room is great. A great space with three different desks/counters which was very convenient. Wonderful casino and restaurants.

The rating for this place is misleading. When we walked in the place smelled like an old bar full of smokers. The carpets are old, worn and not clean. Our room had dirty sheets that we had to request be changed. One of the beds had a very old mattress that sunk in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Trying to reach the front desk is very hard. The phone just rings and rings. Very unsatisfactory and the cost is outrageous for this place. The fees are a ripoff. Will be talking to Expedia about a refund.

We liked the convenience of the restaurants in the hotel and obviously, the casino. However, everything at the resort was super inflated in price. (One example being 1 water bottle was $3.50, the gas station next door sold a 24 pack for $7). We ate at 3 Sisters cafe since everything else was full of reservations, everything was average. Looking outside the resort for food, you have to drive across the border, or to Buffalo. Overall, the hotel, pool, and casino were great! We would go back.

Always a nice stay at Seneca. Convenient to visiting Niagara Falls and Canada. Recommend seeing Cave of the Winds. Despite the favorable currency exchange for USA to Canada, expect high prices in Canada. Their taxes are ourageous.
