If you don’t plan on staying in the hotel for their amenities, then this is an okay stay. The towels are a little disgusting. Stained and doesn’t smell clean.

It is litterally walking distance to the Falls. Parking overnight in their lot was $20. Rooms were clean. Burger and pizza restaurant on the ground level. Breakfast was average. Good assortment of options.

We checked in and got to our room. The door was open. It smelled like someone had just wandered in and used our bathroom then left. It looked like someone had tried to push the door open, the lock was barely screwed into the wall. The bathroom had exposed screws. We didn't even set our stuff down. Walked right back down to the front desk and got a refund.

Staff was fantastic. The only real issue i had was the parking situation. I definitely didnt like having to park in a garage down the street for days.

The hotel needs some work done. Broken doors, more cleaning of rooms, dirt in corners. It has potential.

Good location but nothing special considering that it’s the budget hotel. Parking is 20$ but at least you get breakfast in a rate

Its unfortunate You had one disappointment with the parking fee, Due to us being in the downtown area every hotel changes for parking and the city does Aswell if you park on the street. I'm sorry for the inconvenience of the security hold for incidentals, we are one property among many around the world that do require a security hold regardless of how the rooms is paid for. This 200 is just a hold and dose release from your account at checkout (as long as they are no additional changes you have accrued or damages during your stay) but depending on who you bank with will depend on the time the funds will be released back to your account. This property was a disappointment. There were a few gems of employees sprinkled in, but most were not service focused at all. Room service was at request, so I requested it - they never came. I asked for towels, they never came and eventually, I would need to go down to the desk to get them. Breakfast was cold pancakes and cold eggs - guests were an afterthought. The pool area did not have many towels sticked, which made it hard with kids. The hot tub wasn't hot, and there were children there without supervision (which wasn't the hotels fault, but no safeguards at all). I do not recommend this hotel - and I am typically understanding.

As it was off-season, I got an un-beatable rate. Clean, quiet, coffee, fridge, microwave, and free breakfast if I got down there before 10:30. Very nice.

Great location!!!!!! However, unless you need a handicap room, do not take one! The door closes soooo slow that we literally had to wait minutes before heading out....and ours had a frame that was not secure. Next up, no shower hot water and the sliding bathroom door was off it's hinges so we didn't try to close it. TV options were excellent 👍👍 Pool and hot tub were great and just what we needed. Thumbs down to parents who did not make their kids follow the rules and jumped multiple times into the bubbling hot tub. Thumbs down to people wearing street shoes and clothes into the pool area to talk to others after coming in from the outside..... Great fitness facilities!! Good continental breakfast. I understand after watching one guy fill up almost a trays worth of sausage and go back to the hallway (I hope to feed his whole family????) , that the pickings were sparse while we were there. Good food we got nonetheless! We had a fabulous time regardless. Clean facilities, great staff, quiet night. Thank you.

Ok time
When arriving and checking in we were told about a parking fee and 100 deposit that wasn’t listed on the website when booking. The lady was her phone from the time we got there until her shift was up. Another employee in the smoke room kicked back relaxing. The window was dirty but not a big deal. The pool and hot tub were unbearable the chlorine was so bad you couldn’t use the jets to the hot tub if you did in mere seconds it felt like your eyes were burning out of your head. The best part of the stay was the 5 minute walk to the falls

The breakfast was horrible, frozen foods that were still frozen, not enough parking that you paid 20.00 a day for, had to get new room card 4 times, no working phone to call the front desk, needs updated and the property should be more upfront about the lack of the proper parking and the tastless breakfast, and there were fruit flies at the breakfast....will not be going back

Don’t ever stay here. They were extremely unorganized. Room was dirty, food decaying in the fridge of someone else. Broken curtains and very bad breakfast.

Overall this hotel wasn’t the most clean or prepared, when coming in to the room, our beds had stains on the comforters and hair on top of the bed, there was also no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, not sure if this is a normal thing for this hotel but when I called the front desk they told me to pick it up from downstairs, even when picking it up from downstairs the toilet paper didn’t look sanitary and rolls were squished and just looked dirty….I don’t think I would come back to this hotel again, unless it was my only option, overall I would rate this hotel a 4.5/10
