Good sized bedrooms. Adequate kitchen dish/cooking supplies.No pride of ownership. Especially downstairs unit. House extremely worn down. Drawers, windows and doors hard to open, stained sofa and chairs. Broken window blinds. Filthy portable fans in each room. Obvious termite damage. Old/stained towels. Rusty beach chairs.A few suggestions: replace portable fans, new towels, update bathroom and bedroom cabinets and drawers so they are usable. Many drawers dont open. ##### miles b.
