Houseboats in New York

"Convenient location for my purposes. Room was very clean and modern. Quiet & comfy pillows. Bathroom was only OK; nice shower, but toilet seat was loose and sink looked bad."

"Great location, near shops and restaurants. Furnishings in our room could have used some repair/updating. There was a tear in the carpet and the veneer was coming off the bathroom door. There are only two elevators for the upper 20 floors. One was down for maintenance causing long waits at the elevators. Otherwise, no real complaints."
