Overall, it's a place to stay. The room was clean, but there were burn marks in the sheets and the room smelled like cigarette/weed smoke. The showerhead was falling off and was taped on with plumbers tape. There were shops within a walking distance, but not very close by. Wi-fi worked well, and the staff were kind. Its a good place if all you really need is a place to keep your belongings and sleep, but not great if you're planning on staying in your hotel a lot of the time.

Ok for a day stay fast routes to where you got to go and no coffee or breakfast in hotel but the convenience stores make it easy to eat and coffee so overall a good experience for being in Brooklyn.Thank You Casa Blanca for a good stay.

This hotel was great! Yes, it is in a little bit of a sketchy neighborhood but I wouldn’t say you’d be in danger. Just normal city advice to keep to yourself and be aware of surroundings. The hotel was very clean and you could tell the housekeeping staff really try to make it spotless. The beds and bathrooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Also will say the air conditioning works great! And if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Just a loud neighborhood.

I usually don’t write reviews but the experience I had at this hotel was next level. Yes it’s affordable, but just save a couple more dollars and stay somewhere else. The first day I got there the lobby looked very dirty, smelled very strongly like cigarettes. They have a sign for hourly rate. That was fine I mean it’s just the lobby but the room was the worse part. It reeked of smoke, (this is not a smoke free hotel keep that in mind) the mattress looked like a cat clawed at it and it was ripped. The blanket had a bunch of small holes in it. The mini fridge was dirty too. I went to target and bought cleaning supplies, whole new bed set with pillow cases and blankets. That’s the only way I felt a little better about staying there. Luckily the restroom was for the most part clean, but I still cleaned the restroom as well. This hotel is surrounded by government housing. Will not be staying here again unfortunately. The staff was nice, they were not rude or anything.

We couldn’t stayed there. I recommend if you traveling solo or with a partner is fine. No baby friendly. It’s a motel. Not a hotel. People can rent rooms for hourly rates. But it’s fine if you are alone.

We stayed for 7 nights total. It was a perfect area to get around easily using public transportation. 24 hour bodega next door. A little seedy late at night but I didn’t feel unsafe once in that area. The A/C unit worked great and the hot water was very hot. It does reek of weed sometimes.
