The local dining scene has also gained Hell’s Kitchen plenty of attention from foodies in New York City and beyond. Hell’s Kitchen is easy to reach by cab or public transportation. Once there, explore by foot. Take a stroll in the lovely big park along West Side Highway, or walk the banks of the Hudson River. Get out on the water on a kayaking or boat trip and enjoy the wholesome side of a once disreputable district.
