"Lovely location and would stay again. Very comfortable bed, easy self check in process worked well.
Minor gripe was the peeling pain on the bottom of the shower tray and a very dusty extractor fan in the bathroom."

Dolphins regularly visit the harbour where colourful fishing boats bob alongside seafood restaurants and ice cream shops. Hike the coastal path for dramatic cliff views or join a boat tour to spot seals and seabirds.
An unexpected delight. Basic clean room but with everything you need (except en-suite) but you know that when you book, although room did have a sink. The stairs might be a problem with the not so able bodied. A nice touch with a little tray of coffee, tea and biscuits. Great location very near sea front and castle. Remarkable breakfast with quality bacon, sausage and good coffee. The hosts, although only saw them at breakfast were very pleasant and attentive.

The staff were so friendly and nice and the hotel location is amazing... I found myself next everything shops coffee restaurant and pubs and the best part is the sea view

A guest house in New Quay is typically a larger establishment with more rooms, offering a more hotel-like experience, and may provide additional amenities including luxury bedding. A B&B is often more personal, and breakfast is typically included as part of the stay, but other services might be more limited compared to a guest house.
