The festival was wonderful and within walking distance. The penthouse was very nice location, clean for the most part. The only problems we had was the parking situation which we had no idea what to expect seeing that this was our first time down there. Maps doesnt show all the businsses around the area. The a/c fan is a little loud in the master bedroom and hall bathroom door squeaks when you open it. But otherwise this place is near perfect. Will definitely look you guys up whenever we are in NOLA.
