Enjoyed our stay at Juan's place! The place is spacious and in a great location. I don't think the pictures really do the space justice.. Juan is also very good at communicating and check-in was super easy.

Love this Vrbo. Will definitely stay here again. Great eclectic safe neighborhood close to everything u want to do, but quiet enough to rest up to hit the town again. Juan was awesome only a text away and the entire place feels like pure New Orleans jubilee inside and out.

Beautiful home with 2 outside areas - large front porch with gabezbo and also a back porch. Modern bathrooms. Very comfortable master bed. Host/Juan was very responsive to my questions. Great location. I would love to stay here again.

The decor had lots of flair, and the location good, but also close to a bit seedier side. This is someone's current home, so drawers and closets and bathrooms filled with other's personal possessions. It felt like being a guest in someone else's place. There were not many amenities like good coffee or other essentials and no instructions for the large TV's in all the bedrooms. The decor nice and beds comfortable though.

This property is not nearly as nice as it is made to seem. It is dark, the furniture is worn, it seems small, and the layout is weird. And it is directly above a sketchy-looking massage parlor. When my wife refused to stay there, Juan promised us a refund. 2 weeks later, he still has not made good on his promise.

Nice quiet property to stay at and very nice host. We had an enclosed place to park the vehicle so no worries leaving our belongs there. The beds slept very well also. The pictures were almost spot on, could have been pictures from the other unit listed being there's an A and B unit but not too far off. Great stay over all.
