Suppose to be a non smoking facility but definitely smelled like smoke. Clean enough but could be better. Calm location but can get noisy outside building. Place does not provide parking. Paid around $45 for 24 hours but you take a chance on losing your spot if you move your car. It wasn’t a busy weekend so we didn’t have any trouble with leaving and coming back to our spot. Located in a quite part of the CBD, but within just a few blocks walk from the buzzy French Quarter - it meant we could be part of the action, but also get some peace! We stayed in the three bed, 2 story apartment - it was HUGE! Brilliant facilities, we all had our own bathroom and plenty of space to relax (including our own terrace). It was different not having a physical reception or staff on site - but we didn’t have any issues getting in or finding what we needed. The area was perfect - I was nervous as I’d heard that New Orleans can be dangerous in the evening, but that wasn’t our experience at all. There are lots of spots nearby for fantastic food and drinks… and it’s walkable to all the tourist spots.
