If your vehicle violates these rules, the building management WILL TOW YOU! They are very strict about this! Compact/Standard size vehicles should be fine, but you won\`t be able to park a mid or full-size truck or SUV in there. If your vehicle does not fit in the space as mentioned above, you MUST park elsewhere outside of the building. There is a paid lot next door and metered street parking in the area. Both can be paid via an app. Street parking is metered, with the meters active Monday - Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm. These times could change at any time, so please pay attention to signage. We cannot provide any refunds if your vehicle does not fit within the garage space, and there will be no refunds or reimbursement if your vehicle is towed due to violation of these rules. If you are in doubt, it\`s best to plan to park elsewhere. From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! Absolutely no parties, no pets, and no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the balcony. New Orleans is prone to hurricanes and other storms, sometimes outside of the normal season. Please note that we do not move, cancel, or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, road conditions/closures, travel cancellations, and weather conditions. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, we HIGHLY SUGGEST that you purchase trip insurance or book closer to your travel dates. \*\*\*There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. \*\*\* 1\. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile. 2\. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends). 3\. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure. 4\. Clean towels are a provided amenity, and one set of towels is provided for each guest. We also have a washer and dyer in the unit for your convenience. 5\. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Additionally, smoking on the balcony or building grounds is strictly prohibited. Please smoke outside of the property. 6\. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be asked to leave and charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. As of May 2022, all platforms have specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from the platform. 7\. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces. 8\. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels. There are makeup towels provided for you for this use. 9\. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150\. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100\. 10\. Pets are stricltly prohibited at this home. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 deep cleaning cleaning fee and immediate request to leave. Pet Boarding recommendations available upon request. If traveling with pets please inquire about our pet friendly units. 11\. The building will not hold your luggage for early or late check outs. Please do not ask, as they are not allowed to accommodate these requests. 12\. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans. 13\. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed. 14\. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given. 15\.
