We were also close to Mardi Gras parade routes, World War II Museum, Mardi Gras World and other attractions. We will definitely book again on our next trip to New Orleans. It was also 70 degrees and sunny on our five-day NOLA visit from cold and snowy Ohio. It's located in a quiet part of town but an easy 10-15 minute walk to most anywhere you'd want to go in the French Quarter. The bed and living room furniture are all comfortable and a great place to relax. Linens and towels are well stocked and great quality. Communication was great, check in was easy, and we had no issues at all. We would definitely stay here again. Kitchen was fully stocked and the personal touches like water in the fridge, chilled glasses in the freezer, welcome basket, and coffee were amazing. A block to the Riverwalk for shopping. Surrounded by restaurants and local bars. A bit longer stroll to the French Quarter, but within our radius. Away from the crowds when we wanted a rest. The condo itself was outstanding. Plenty of room for the two of us. Quiet, with a full kitchen and full TV access for evening wind-downs. The workout room was well-equipped.
