    We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Genesis was fantastic and the staff was incredibly helpful when I somehow was inadvertently locked out of the room for a little while. Check was very easy. I had all of the information that I needed before my son and I arrived at the property. Smooth sailing and, considering it was Halloween, and the streets were incredibly busy, it was very quiet in our room. Lovely stay.

Excellent location for French Qtr and Jazz Fest

Place was perfect for our few nights in NOLA. Close to French Quarter, street cars and Jazz Fest shuttle. Host was super responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was amazing. The location is perfect!! You can walk to pretty much anything you’d want to. Very safe and having the Ruby Slipper Nextdoor is an added perk!

Girls Trip

The owners were very great at communicating. The space was perfect and just right for our little get away! Loved the location as it was in the middle of pretty much everything. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great time in New Orleans, we were so pleased with this location, just a short walk to restaurants and shops. Communication was great and check in instructions were very clear, if we fine our way this way again we will be staying here!

Perfect location, just off the craziness so it wasn’t loud but could still walk to everything. Right next door to the best breakfast/brunch spot Ruby Slippers. Host was super responsive & helpful before & during stay. Would recommend.

Location! Clean! Everything walking distance

Genesis, our host, provided an excellent experience during our stay. This loft offered great flexibility and was conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions. The unit was well-maintained and clean, with very comfortable beds. We highly recommend this accommodation for future guests.

Great location for nightlife and breakfast

Only stayed one night but the property was great. Over a cafe that we are at the next morning and only a couple minutes walk from bourbon street. Genesis was very responsive and answered any questions I had.

Perfect Spot for a Girls Trip

Stayed here with my two friends for my birthday trip. I was so thoroughly pleased at how clean and spacious the property was. It was also within walking distance of Canal St and Bourbon. Genesis was SUPER responsive and friendly with accommodating our needs during our stay. I would most definitely book here again.

Was just a block away from convention center I attended. Communication was great, responded quickly to questions, gave good recommendations. Apartment was comfortable. Just about 2 blocks from French Quarter. Good local food places within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
