Well appointed accommodations and easy communication with host. Located near Canal and Decatur. Bourbon is visible from balcony. A/c works well and each room has a ceiling fan. Kitchen includes 2 coffee makers, one for ground and one for pods. Full sized washer and dryer are a big plus. Bathrooms are clean and plenty of sheets and towels are provided. It was large, clean and had everything we needed. It was in the perfect location; right by Bourbon street where all the action and fun was. The walk to the French Quarter was also very close which was very convenient. The only thing that I would say needs improvement is the communication. I had to reach out for check in instructions the day of and clarify check out instructions upon leaving. But overall it was a great choice and I would choose to stay here again.
