The location worked out great, not TOO close and not too far from the French Quarter, 15 minute walk and the walk was safe and easy. Plenty of room for a family of 5 and friends. We would return to the property when coming back to New Orleans. Thank you for a great stay!!

Clean space, plenty of room. Wish there were more pots and pans for cooking. But came with everything else to make our stay great. 2 of 4 tvs did not work. Patio space was amazing. Easy communication. Overall great stay

The pros: Close to the French Quarter and food options. Enough space to accommodate a family of 9. Easy parking on the street in front of the home. The cons: floors were not swept/mopped and dirty. the bottom of our feet were dark from walking shoeless. When my wife swept the home, she had a dustpan full of debrie. There was a smelly odor emitting from the area of an animal fur rug in the bedroom next to the kitchen.

I got scared driving up to house (trash on streets, homeless walking around) But... as soon as i opened door to house, is huge and absolutely beautiful! Once you've walked around French Quarters you realize it looks like this everywhere. Quick Uber to French Quarters if you dont want to walk. AC works great, alittle too great! I would bring extra blankets if you are one that gets cold quick. Owner responds very quick if you have any questions. Only thing i was confused about was check out time. I received email saying my check out was at 11:30, but then received a message saying we had to be out at 11am. The extra 30 minutes can help out if you packing up for a large group. I would return and recommend this location!
