Handmade jewelry, local antiques and vintage Mardi Gras costumes are on sale at the monthly Little Flea NOLA market, while a stretch of Magazine Street has antiques shops and clothing boutiques. Tiny parks like Annunciation Square and Coliseum Square are local gathering spots.

Sleeping arrangements
This restored second-floor unit features three quiet, bright bedrooms, each designed for restful nights and longer stays. Plush beds and cozy linens ensure comfort, while room-darkening shades and ample clothing storage add to the ease of your stay. The two full bathrooms are stocked with essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and fresh towels.

Kitchen & dining
The open-concept living and kitchen area is perfect for gathering with friends or family. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Frigidaire refrigerator, Whirlpool electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and all the cooking basics you need. Enjoy takeout from nearby eateries or cook a homemade meal before relaxing in the living area with a 55-inch HDTV featuring Netflix, Hulu, and Prime access.

Outdoor living
Both front and rear balconies offer private outdoor spaces to start your day or catch the excitement of parade season. The balconies are guest favorites for their peaceful ambiance and prime views during local festivities.

Work & convenience
Stay productive with fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. In-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy, and central air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable year-round. Families are welcome, with a pack ’n play and high chair available upon request, plus babysitter recommendations if needed.

Located on one of New Orleans’ most iconic corridors, you’re steps from Magazine Street’s eclectic shops, cafés, and the streetcar. The French Quarter and Superdome are just a quick ride away, making this home ideal for Mardi Gras, festival weekends, or relaxed Uptown exploring.
