This place needs A LOT of sprucing up. Beyond the condition of the place, the host fails to mention only street parking available, the apartment is on second floor in the back. The sidewalks are broken to pieces so suitcase in tow difficult. Upon arrival, one must climb a steep and narrow outside stair case, enter the building by code, walk through the front building, walk down a short staircase to the apartment in back and enter another code at the front door. This is not an accessible place for anyone with any physical challenges. The list of interior suggestions would be too long here.
