The Space:
Tucked away in the backyard of a beautiful Lakeview home, this spacious carriage house is designed with your comfort in mind. You’ll have everything you need — a fully stocked kitchen and bar, a cozy living room with a Smart TV and electric fireplace, and a charming porch perfect for unwinding.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in Lakeview, the most family friend/safe area of New Orleans! Only 3 miles to the street car or 5 miles to the French Quarter.

Getting Around:
Plenty of free/easy street parking. (**Please note, there is usually plenty of spots available directly in front of the home, but the neighborhood will be repaving a few streets from July - December 25' and this is one of them. There may be instances where you will have to park about 1/2 block down along a side street. All street parking is free and plentiful in the neighborhood so it should not be a major problem but wanted to make guests aware**)

The guests have the entire carriage house to themselves. There is a shared backyard area with a pool that the guests do not have access to.
